Some thin people assume that losing weight is easy, but in actual fact as all too many of us know it's extremely difficult! Dieting can be a huge challenge, there are temptations everywhere. There are a few things that you can avoid to make losing weight easier.
Don't be too tough
There are hundreds of different diets out there, you shouldn't just choose the one that is the toughest. Following a strict diet may seem like a good idea, but they are so boring you might be tempted to break it. If you don't have any experience dieting, or your not certain that you can stick to your diet then look for another one.
Be realistic
Nothing is going to happen overnight. Set small realistic goals and continually re-evaluate these. Don't get competitive and start trying to lose more weight than your friends, it just doesn't work like that. Dieting is different for everyone.
Don't overdo it
It can be all too easy to get carried away when you first start your diet, you shouldn't go to the gym every single day. Resting is also an important part of dieting your body needs to repair itself. If you're a couch potato then you need to exercise more than you do at the moment, but don't go crazy!
Watch what you eat
Although it is important to carefully consider what you eat, you shouldn't remove too many calories from your diet. If you get rid of too many calories your body will store everything it can spare.
Don't starve
Under no circumstances should you skip meals. Dieting isn't about starvation you need to eat a balanced diet. Eat the right food rather than no food.
Don't check your weight everyday
Everyone wants to see the fruits of their labour, but checking the weighing scales everyday can be off-putting. If you haven't lost as much weight as you thought then you might abandon your diet before its even begun. Your weight is bound to fluctuate which can be depressing to watch.
Don't get emotional
Some people comfort eat, if you know that you reach out for food when you're bored, frustrated or annoyed then try to find ways to stop yourself doing it.
Ask for help
Don't think that you can do everything on your own, you have to be willing to ask for help if you need it. There are plenty of people you can ask, your friends and even doctors. Don't bear everything on your own shoulders.
Don't be too hard on yourself
Treats may be bad for your waistline, but they're good for your mood. It's important to allow yourself some of your favourite foods, not rid your diet of all of them. Note I said some of your favourite foods you should eat a balanced diet! Infrequent treats won't make much difference to your weight.
Honesty
Don't always tell yourself that you will start your diet tomorrow, or that you deserve something. Write down a list of the foods that you eat, then scrutinize it and take notice of things that shouldn't be there.

AP - Bill Darker grinned as he headed into the operating room for a dramatic experiment: A super-high dose of chemotherapy dripped directly into his cancer-ridden liver, 10 times more than patients normally can tolerate. Not to fear. Working through small puncture holes, doctors sealed off Darker's liver and washed most of the toxic medication from his blood so it didn't poison the rest of his body.
