How to Lose Weight in 5 Days! (Maybe Less)

Who else wants to start losing weight in 5 days? Even better, who wants to lose weight very quickly, efficiently, AND in a healthy way in 5 days?

1. Stock up on red apples and cans of black beans

Red apples have about 4-5 grams of fibre in them each. One single can of black beans has about 25-30 grams of fibre.

Before EVERY meal, you are going to eat about a half can of black beans. The fibre in them will fill you up a lot. This is going help you tone down the amount you eat in your main course. In other words, you will decrease your calorie intake by a lot.

Do you ever snack between meals? Snacking is not bad! But for the next 5 days you are going to snack ONLY on apples. Try to have about 4 apples a day. If this does not satisfy your hunger, go with some light soup as well.

2. Jumping Jacks

I am sure you know what jumping jacks are. You are going to do two sets of 3 minute intervals of jumping jacks. See how many you can do in the first 3 minutes, and then try and beat your score in the second set.

This is overlooked exercise will cause you to burn loads and loads of calories.

If you stick with these techniques, you should lose at least 3-6 pounds in the first 5 days.
