Powerful Weight Loss Tips That Are Easy

Here are some unbelievably powerful weight loss tips that will help you to drop pounds and inches relatively faster... or at least faster than you currently are. Use these now and you'll see improvements in your measurements and in the mirror within a few short weeks.

1. Take a cold shower... or at least a cold water spritz

Cold water creates thermogenesis. This is biology. When you use cold water on your body, it will react with thermogenesis (fat burning). You can drink cold water, that helps, but a more powerful way is to use the cold water all over your body. As in a shower.

Now, I know you probably will never take a full fledge cold shower. Hey, I understand. I have an easy alternative for you. Do a quick 15 second rinse after your normal shower is done.

After your shower is over, just move the knob so really cold water comes out of it. Let the cold water run over your head, shoulders, back, chest, arms, etc. It's only 15 seconds. Basically, in a way it's a test to see how bad you want to lose weight. If you want to lose weight bad enough, then you'll suffer through these 15 seconds.

The results are hours and hours of thermogenesis after you get out of the shower.

2. Belly rubs

Belly rubs are simple to do. Just rub circles around your belly. This does 2 things. It improves your digestive process. This helps with the efficiency of your weight loss. Second, the energy from your hand goes through the skin and into your fat cells. This helps to loosen them up so they get pulled out and excreted. It takes many times to loosen these fat cells to the point that they get excreted, but it does happen.

Just do this for 2-3 minutes a day, right after a meal.
