Ingredients:

1 red gala apple
6 medium strawberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries - whole
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup of reduced fat graham cracker crust, crumble well
2 packets of sugar substitute
1 tablespoon of softened margarine

Instructions:

First wash the apple well. Then peel it and take the core out. Next slice it into even slices. Now rinse the strawberries and slice them very thin. Wash the raspberries well.
Next preheat oven to 345 degrees. Spray a 8 by 8 inch baking pan with light Pam or cooking spray. Mix all of the fruits together and toss with sugar a substitute. Next arrange it in the baking pan. Now, in bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gradually blend in softened margarine while you use a fork to combine. Sprinkle this mixture over the fruits in pan.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until done. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

LA weight loss recipe #3 - Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:

A dozen small strawberries
1 rice cake
1 Vanilla LA Drink Mix
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions:

Put the rice cake in a small bowl. Next prepare LA Drink Mix with 4 ounces water. Add lemon juice to it. Add the strawberries on top of rice cake and pour the drink mixture over the strawberries. Lastly garnish with a few strawberry on top for good measure.

You're probably falling into 1 of many weight loss traps. This is totally destroying any chance you have at successfully losing weight. Look, I'm going to briefly outline a couple simple traps and the solutions to them in this 2 minutes long article. So read this NOW.

Weight Loss Traps

1. Not drinking enough water

Look, I know you don't want to hear this, but there's a reason why you need to drink water. If you don't drink enough, your body will force itself to retain extra water... at least 3-8 pounds of extra water. This has to do with survival and thousands of years ago. If you want to drop water weight fast and lose some pounds within 2 days, drink extra water to the point that your urine is light yellow or clear.

2. Not eating enough food

You can starve yourself and lose weight, but you'll regain the weight. So there's no point to starving yourself. If you starve yourself, your body slows down your metabolism to conserve energy. So it's basically doing everything it can to retain the fat you already have on your body. You're basically fighting yourself when you don't eat enough.

3. Eat 2-3 big meals a day

WRONG! Your body needs small meals for fuel. For many reasons. First, smaller meals more often speed up your metabolism due to the digestive process. There's fat burning going on when you're digesting food. You can eat the same amount of food, just spread it out among more meals. This causes way more fat burning.

You'll want it to be liquid when you take it. DON'T heat it up in the microwave to liquify it. Instead, plug up a sink and set the jar in hot water for a few minutes. You will then want to scoop out 1 tablespoon of the liquid coconut oil and swallow it whole by itself. Do this on an empty stomach, twice a day. I prefer you use the times between breakfast and lunch... AND... the times between lunch and dinner.

Now, before you go out and buy this I want to be perfectly clear to you. This product doesn't work for EVERY woman who uses it. It does work for a majority, but not everyone. Why... I don't know.

So if you buy this and it doesn't work for you, consider it a cheap $13 experiment. BUT... 1 thing, you will probably notice your hair, skin, and nails look a lot better while taking the Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. I have many clients who lost weight immediately, but stopped losing weight with it after a few weeks. But they continued to use the EV coconut oil because of these side benefits.

I think it's well worth the $13 "risk".

2. For long term weight loss, take fish oil pills

Fish oil pills have other healthy fats in them... OMEGA 3's. Our diets are heavy in Omega 6's and Omega 9's. To be healthy and get good weight loss, you need balance among the 3's, 6's, and 9's. So for that, you will need to supplement with fish oil pills since we are as a people, deficient in Omega 3 fats.

I was just at Wal-Mart today and I was checking out their supplements and you could get 300 fish oil pills for $13.99 from them. For general health, you'll want to take 5-6 a day. For weight loss, you'll NEED to take 10-12 a day.

I consider fish oil pills the #1 supplement out of all supplements. I personally buy a more expensive, higher quality fish oil pill, but you'll still get good long term weight loss with the cheaper brands that you can find at Wal-Mart and elsewhere. I believe these are the 2 best weight loss supplements for women... so go get them and reap the benefits.
