What You Think Helps You Lose Weight May Actually Be What's Gaining It!

As North America becomes fatter and fatter, people are actually beginning to get concerned! About time, I say. I've helped 100's of people lose the fat they were trying to lose for years with a few simple changes, because fat loss ISN'T hard with some concrete rules.

One of the most important rules is, NO CRASH DIETING! No South Beach diets, no low carb diets, no low fat diets, no Jenny Craigs, Subways, or anything so ridiculous! Why? Because it doesn't work.

First thing you should know about crash diets and why they're so popular. They do help people lose weight quickly. Which means that they work, right?

WRONG. When you stop eating, your body has a huge calorie deficiency. Which forces it to start burning fat via your metabolism, which is the body's engine mechanism to keep your body going.

The problem is, that the body begins to go into conservation mode very quickly, thinking that it'll receive very little food for a long amount of time. It slows down your metabolism. This slows down the process of your weight lost. As it gets slower, crash dieters cut down their calories more, and more, until they're literally starving. And at that point, the metabolism rate STOPS.

What happens from here? You'll eventually eat. Since your metabolism is at zero, VERY LITTLE of the food calories will be burned, making you GAIN ALL THE WEIGHT THAT YOU LOST RIGHT BACK!

So this is why crash dieting does not work. Yes, it's an unhealthy way that works to lose weight short term, but it only DAMAGES your body in the long run.

That's one myth out of the way that you probably didn't know. Do you know HOW MANY others there are getting in the way of your perfect body? Find out the truth about all the biggest fat loss myths here in my book, for free!
