Start with a walk, park further away from the store or your office. Then as you progress, find time to walk more or jog. Healthy Eating

Find ways to make your favorite foods better for you. Can you substitute ground turkey for ground beef in some recipes? Learn new recipes that include fresh fruits and vegetables.

I know that as we get older our metabolism slows down so it is very important to stay active, unfortunately I am at a desk most of the day with very little time to go out for an hour walk. After looking at her results so far, I was impressed, although I didn't ask her exactly how much weight she lost, I could tell she had dropped a few pounds and she had not been on the diet for that long. I thought to myself, maybe there really is a weight loss program that actually works after all.

Weight Loss Surgery - Choices

There may seem little hope when you've tried just about every diet and don't have the energy to go to the gym to burn off that unwanted weight, but there are of course other options.
